Thanks and Welcome to Solarpowerdws
Welcome to learning how to blog, and lose weight @40.
Weight-loss has always been an issue with me, it was always so hard, such a chore!
So I have searched and researched weight-loss because I really need to shed these lbs.!!
I am so tired of being fat and uncomfortable with how I look.

So I have decided to blog may way through it!
I have found what I believe to be the best weight-loss breakthrough ever ~ this system is affordable and educational AND has been helping people literally change their lives.
How would you like to stop taking meds for high blood pressure and cholesterol and win the war on obesity once and for all! This is possible for most people!
I am hoping to be successful with my weight-loss journey and to help as many people as possible along the way!

Hey ... I am back!
I have been really busy and I have been doing my workouts and making progress in my weight loss efforts. It feels so good to finally make a dent in the bulge, after such a long time of gaining and trying to lose weight....it is finally happening. Thank you 7 minute workout!
